What is Levi Wall?

The Levi Wall system consists of 75mm thick, steel reinforced AAC panels, providing a faster way of constructing external facades for residential & commercial builds. Compared to traditional masonry, installation of the Levi wall system is faster and provides outstanding acoustic and thermal insulation performance. It is also non-combustible, making it the perfect choice in bushfire zones. Each Levi wall panel also contains steel reinforcement for added strength with an anti-corrosion layer on the steel for maximum durability.

How Is It Made?
Levi Wall AAC is made using an additive that creates millions of tiny, closed air pockets. A foaming agent is added during moulding of the concrete which is then cut into blocks or panels using wire and cooked with steam Levi Wall manufactures an enhanced type of AAC using a patented formula under stringent quality control systems with continual improvement.

LEVI WALL with its distinct porous structure is only approximately I /3 the weight of conventional clay bricks and I /4 of dense concrete.
